You are welcome to return or exchange items within 30-days of dispatch.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com to arrange a return or exchange. We do not cover return or exchange postage costs, and the customer would need to cover the same. Once the item has been received and inspected by us, if accepted, we will organize the exchange, store credit or refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Items that have been washed and used and then damaged cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale/clearance items or gift cards.
